This outstanding all chocolate litter is born February 9th and will be ready to go April 6th when they turn 8 weeks old!

Puppies from the previous litters between Gabby and Yogi have excelled in all types of homes! This includes the National Derby List, AKC and UKC hunt test titles, service work homes (emotional support dogs and therapy dogs), all types of hunting homes as well as in active family homes.

Yogi is the absolute best at both worlds! He is high drive in the field and loves to work. He was professionally trained by Rusty Haglund (Trigger Time Kennels) and earned his Master Hunter title as a 2 year old!  Yet when it comes to time in the house, Yogi is great at turning off the energy. He is a wonderful companion and so easy to have around the house. He is very affectionate and is always doing whatever he can to earn the “good boy Yogi.”

Gabby was the other unplanned addition and joined our Bird Dog Labs family when she was 8 months old. She came to us with Dizzy from a kennel home. Gabby quickly learned house manners as well thrived with field training. She completely blossomed with living in the house as part of the family. You would never know how she started off. Gabby is absolutely wonderful! Gabby is a smaller, compact chocolate female that has totally changed my previous stance regarding the ability of smaller dogs. This girl is intense in the field and is best described as retrieving machine! There is nothing she won’t do! Gabby is always happy and I frequently refer to her as our resident social butterfly. She gets along with everyone and is great with socializing the older puppies. She thrives on individual attention from her humans and is so eager to please. We thoroughly enjoy having Gabby as part of our Bird Dog Labs family!
